Mole Data Analytics

Helping you automate the tasks
costing your team time.

Custom software and data analysis designed for your specific need — built by someone who spends their days building code for and analysing data from the Large Hadron Colider.

Software that supplements you and your staff

Process automation

Turn a task that eats hours every week into the easiest task in your week — any repetitive task be it timetabling, rostering, reporting or data management.

Data analysis & insight

If you have a large dataset that you don't know how to interpret. We can help you understand what's actually underpinning your results.

Small, maintainable tools

No new, bloated software for you and your team to learn. Just a simple programme built on top of what you already use — we can use the excel spreadsheets you already maintain.

Data protection

You don't have to worry about your companies personal data being sent to any external third party. Your custom programme can run entirely on your local hardware.

Timetabling Software for an NHS Hospital

The problem

Every week, staff spent several hours manually building hospital timetables in Excel — checking availability, avoiding clashes and balancing shifts by hand.

The solution

A software tool that automates the entire process. Staff maintain their familiar spreadsheets and the schedule now builds itself in seconds.

Who's behind it

Richard Mole

Soon-to-be PhD in particle physics working on the large hadron colider at CERN, with the years of hands-on programming and data analysis behind it. In my research I look for physics beyone what we know from enormous, messy datasets every day — these same skills make automating your repetitive business processes and understanding your business data easy.
